AkvoMoist Moisture-Locking Technology

AkvoMoist's moisturizing technology, through the partial cross-linking of two or more molecules, forms an interpenetrating polymer network structure, but there is no covalent bonding structure between them, and this intertwined structure cannot be separated.

AkvoMoist moisturizing technology goes a step further by distributing hydrophilic molecules on the outer surface of the lens and using a non-ionic material. This helps to prevent protein and lipid deposits, keeping the lenses clean and transparent.

AkvoMoist High Oxygen Permeability Principle

Kazooist's high oxygen permeability characteristic originates from the material structure and the properties of silicone molecules. The oxygen permeability (Dk) is more than five times that of ordinary hydrogel lenses, allowing wearers to be healthy and comfortable all day long.

Addition of Anti-UV Component

The addition of UV-absorbing molecules to the contact lenses effectively reduces UV-A and UV-B damage to the eyes, and. Ccomplies with international ANSI Class II standards.

The interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure embeds the UV-absorbing molecules, ensuring their long-lasting stability and preventing their loss.

Material Development

Our newly developed silicone hydrogel formula can combine multiple molecules through cross-linking and form an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure without covalent bonds between them. It also distributes hydrophilic molecules on the outer surface of the lens. This structure enables our contact lenses to be moisturizing and lubricated while maintaining product stability, bringing unique product advantages to our customers.

Furthermore, the improved solvent-free manufacturing process reduces the use of chemical solvents, lowering production costs while also demonstrating an environmentally friendly awareness and commitment to the planet.

Optical Design

Through precise and complex 3D optical simulations, we can accurately adjust the surface design of each part of the lens, allowing light to be correctly refracted to the correct position on the retina. This ensures optimal visual clarity and focus.

Automated Equipment

We possess fully automated production equipment, with each stage developed and designed in-house. From

to final packaging, we utilize the most advanced equipment and minimal manual handling. This brings about a manufacturing process that maximizes production capacity while maintaining quality.

Product Inspection

Multiple advanced AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems are integrated into the production line to ensure the consistent quality of the products manufactured.

Quality Certifications

Our team has extensive experience in regulatory certifications and is familiar with various quality control systems. The production facility has obtained ISO 13485 and QMS certifications, and the silicone hydrogel lenses are in the process of obtaining various certifications, including FDA and TFDA.
